She'll answer your phone 24/7 — qualifying callers, booking appointments,
putting the important ones through to you, and taking a proper message when you can't pick up.
These answers are what make her sound like she works for you.

Answer out loud where you can — she speaks these words
★ marks the ones we can't build without
1 · About you
The basics.
How she refers to the business. e.g. "Kevin Tan, PropNex"
Usually just a first name. She'll say it to callers: "Kevin will call you back."
2 · Your business
Enough context that she sounds like a colleague, not a stranger.
She'll never criticise them — this is so she recognises the names.
3 · Your phone setup
How calls reach her, and how they get back to you.
The one that rings when customers call you today.
Your mobile. This rings live during business hours, so it needs to be one you actually answer.
4 · Her job
What she does on a call, and how she sounds doing it.
e.g. "1) qualify and book 2) put hot leads through to me 3) take a message"
If you chose to clone your voice: we'll email you a short script to read.
Record somewhere quiet, no music, and speak naturally — as if you were talking to a customer.
The recording quality sets the ceiling on how good the clone sounds.
Say it out loud first, then write it down. e.g. "Hi, thanks for calling Kevin Tan at PropNex — how can I help?"
One per line. She asks them one at a time, woven into conversation — never as a checklist.
Three to five. Write the answers the way you'd say them on the phone. She memorises these.
5 · When she should reach you
And what she must never say.
Singapore's PDPA generally requires callers to be told if a call is recorded.
Announcing it is the safe option, and callers barely notice.
An estimate is fine. It tells us how much capacity to set aside for you.
6 · Ground rules
The guardrails. These keep her safe to put in front of your customers.
Claims you can't make, prices you won't quote, anything your industry restricts.
Deliberately vague — she'll never quote a firm number. e.g. "the six-hundred range"
